Washington DC - A tragic incident unfolded in Washington, D.C., where Steven Schwartz, 85, was arrested for the alleged murder of his wife, Sharron Schwartz, 81, following a dispute over pancakes. According to federal prosecutors, Steven fatally stabbed Sharron after refusing to eat the pancakes she had made. Police responded to a stabbing report, finding Sharron injured and Steven with self-inflicted wounds. Despite efforts, Sharron passed away in the hospital. In subsequent statements to the police, Steven mentioned an aversion to food and cited an argument arising from his condition. Expressing remorse, he noted his love for his wife and suggested the killing may have been a delusion.
